  Standard Length: 46 mm
  Note: The tube length affects the pitch: shorter tubes result in a higher pitch, while longer tubes lower the pitch.
• Reed Strength Options:

1. 1. Exceptionally light reed, designed for very specific needs.
   2. Lighter than the standard strength.
   3. Standard weight, suitable for most players.
   4. Heavier than standard strength, providing more resistance.
   5. Too heavy for immediate use; requires adjustment and customization by the player.

How to Order

Placing an order with us is simple! Please follow these steps:

1. Provide Order Details

Fill out the order form with the following information:

• Product name and quantity.
• Tube type (Chiarugi No.2, Guercio d12, or Guercio R12).
• Tube length (standard 46mm or customized options).
• Reed strength (1 to 5).
• Your full shipping address (including country, postal code, and phone number).
• Your contact email.

2. Shipping Cost Calculation

After receiving your order details, we will calculate the shipping cost based on your location.

• We ship orders using small packages with insurance only to ensure both cost efficiency and reliable delivery.
• The total cost, including shipping, will be confirmed before payment.

3. Payment

Once the total cost is confirmed, we will send you a PayPal payment link via email. Please complete the payment promptly to process your order.

4. Shipping Confirmation

After your payment is received, we will ship your order using a trackable method. A tracking number will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

• Standard Trackable Shipping: Small packages with insurance, provided by Japan Post.
• Express Shipping: In exceptional cases, and only upon request, we may propose alternatives such as DHL or UPS. Additional costs and arrangements will apply.

3. Customs and Duties

• Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

Important Notes

1. Reed Selection Risk

• The standard reed strength in Japan is 3, suitable for Japan’s humid and temperate climate. However, in dry regions, cold climates, or high-altitude areas, lighter reeds may not perform well.
• Lighter reeds allow for more delicate expression but require precise lip control and may lack durability for extended professional use. Choosing a heavier reed and adjusting it as needed might be a better option in such cases.
• The pitch and strength of reeds may vary depending on the instrument, playing style, and climate. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns for international orders. Buyers are advised to select their options carefully at their own risk.

2. Customs and Import Duties

• Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Delays caused by customs procedures are beyond our control.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• All orders are shipped using trackable methods for reliability.
• Delivery times are approximate and depend on the destination and shipping method.

4. Packaging and Handling
